Shipping Policy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

• If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
• If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will assist with carrier follow-up.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns for refund based on personal preference (e.g., "not what I imagined") are not accepted.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

• A design preview will be sent within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
• You have 48 hours from receipt of the preview to approve or request revisions. If no response is received within 48 hours, the design is considered approved.
• Because design work incurs immediate cost, custom items are generally non-refundable. If a refund is requested during the design phase, the maximum refund is 40% of the item price.

Non-Custom Items

• All products are handmade by our artists based on actual orders.
• Items cannot be returned once shipped.
• If canceled before shipment, the refund is limited to 40% of the item price.

Defects or Damage on Arrival

• If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refunds (When Applicable)

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days from approval (additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider).

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided our designers and artists have not yet begun work.
• Custom items are generally non-refundable. If a refund is requested during the design phase, the maximum refund is 40% of the item price.
• Non-custom items canceled before shipment are eligible for a refund of up to 40% of the item price.
• Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
