1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pawmory.Art ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Services
Pawmory offers custom, made-to-order pet memorial products including portraits, ceramic urns, and personalized keepsakes. Each product is handcrafted based on the photos and information you provide.
- Product images on the Site are representative samples. Your custom product will be created from your submitted photos and may vary in detail.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Custom Product Process
- You will receive a design preview within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
- You must approve or request revisions within 48 hours of receiving the preview.
- By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and grant us permission to use them solely for creating your ordered product.
- Final products may have minor variations from the preview due to the handcrafted nature of the work.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed in the Shipping & Refund Policy. Custom items are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including designs, text, images, and branding — is the property of UDIFINE HK LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawmory and UDIFINE HK LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
